Environmental Systems University (ESU) engages ESI employees, customers, suppliers and the community at large in continuous learning in an ongoing effort to develop people capable of designing, installing and managing high-performance buildings. To that end, ESU offers a wide range of educational services, including the following:

ASSESSMENT

ESU utilizes a learning model based on job-specific, competency-based development plans. These plans define the requisite skills, competencies and character traits needed to fulfill the responsibilities of a job function, and are used to create customized learning plans for individuals.

ESU can work with you to assess an employee’s current state of readiness in a variety of technical and professional development areas. From this assessment, specific learning activities, sources of learning and an action plan can be developed.

DEVELOPMENT

ESU can work with you to select tried-and-true learning activities to fulfill an individual’s learning plan goals. And, we can design and develop customized learning focused on your specific requirements.

DELIVERY

ESU offers a regular schedule of open programs delivered at our facility in Brookfield, WI.  In addition, we can deliver our programs at your location at a date of your choosing.
